This statue is in Rio de Janeiro, where I was born. It is a famous picture of Brazil. It is a beautiful symbol of Christ.

This is the flag of my country Brazil.

5. Find an image of someone you admire most who is a great representative of your culture. Why did you choose this individual?

This is Pele. the most famous Brazilian athlete of all time.. He was part of the Brazilian national teams that won three World Cup championships. 

6. Do you have cultural pride? In three sentences explain why or why not.

I am proud to come from Brazil and I miss my country. We went to visit our family there last summer and I did not want to leave. I love America but I feel like I want to live back in Brazil after I graduate.
